Hyundai Motor America and DMT Development Systems Group Inc. have once again added to their growing collection of industry accolades.
Hyundai Motor America’s on-line media resource, HyundaiNews.com, placed Gold in the Public Relations category of this year’s W³ Awards. Launched earlier this year, the site was created by DMT Development Systems Group Inc.
This is the third award for the site, having won a Gold Stevie Award from the American Business Awards program in the Best On-line Press Room category in June and the Web Marketing Association’s Publication Relations Standards of Excellence award in September.
DMT has designed and created Hyundai’s media portals since 2011.
“In partnership with DMT’s outstanding team, we created the all-new HyundaiNews.com to deliver our most important news and information to journalists, influencers and stakeholders on a state-of-the-art platform,” said Jim Trainor, senior group manager, Product Public Relations, Hyundai Motor America. “With the pace of news today, the hub of all our media communications has to be flexible, intuitive and anticipate the users’ needs, and that’s exactly what this site accomplishes.”
“This award is yet another testament to Hyundai Motor America’s ongoing dedication to providing a top tier media experience,” says Glen Demetrioff, president of DMT. “The demand for information is growing at a record pace, yet the company has committed to meeting the challenge every day. We are honoured to call ourselves their partner.”
Since 2006, the W³ Awards have recognized creative excellence on the web. The awards are sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms.
