TalkAUTO attendees discuss engaging consumers in digital conversations with DMT EVP Dale

TORONTO (November 10, 2015) – DMT Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales Dale Lacombe addressed the audience at J.D. Power’s annual TalkAUTO Canada event this week.

Following the event’s theme of “The Future of Automotive Retail in Canada”, Lacombe focused on the virtues of engaging consumers in quality digital conversations. The talk was followed by a lively discussion among Canadian industry leaders, including OEMs, dealers, and vendors.

DMT president Glen Demetrioff explains that Lacombe is an industry veteran in enterprise solutions and says, “DMT continues to be an innovator and disrupter of traditional chat methodology and Dale’s participation in this event is yet another example of the knowledge and skill we bring to the table.”

The one day event took place on November 10th in Toronto, Ontario at the Toronto Congress Centre. Since 2011, TalkAUTO has been providing a discussion platform for thought, vision, and leadership surrounding the Canadian automotive industry.
