DMT Development Systems Group announced today the addition of 21 new full-time employees, pushing the company’s global headcount to 190.
The new Canadian jobs are fueled primarily by the rapid success of the company’s online conversation tool, DIGITAL! Interview. DMT also announced a 3,500 square foot expansion of its global headquarters, located in the SmartPark on the University of Manitoba Campus in Winnipeg, to accommodate the growing team.
Launched in 2015 following two years of intensive development and refinement, DIGITAL! Interview builds on DMT’s two decades of experience helping auto manufacturers and their dealers stay ahead of the curve in online lead management. The tool provides dealers the support of an online bilingual concierge team, staffed by DMT in Canada, to connect digital car buyers seeking real-time answers to their questions with a salesperson who can engage in a conversation immediately. Salespeople can also send digital brochures, videos, pictures, and other information, all in real-time right within the conversation.
“The instant success of DIGITAL! Interview is undisputable evidence that customers are eager to have meaningful conversations online – and that dealers are listening,” said Glen Demetrioff, president and CEO of DMT. “We are incredibly proud to help push these forward-thinking dealers to the front of the pack, all the while backed by our amazing team. We’ve gathered the best minds in the business under one roof and we’re thrilled to continually add new talent to meet the global demand for our products.”
Demetrioff sees no end in sight for DMT’s growth as the company quickly ramps up operations in new markets across North America and Europe. “Dealers are increasingly aware that digital communication is forever altering the automotive sales landscape. DMT’s industry-leading team, along with DIGITAL! Interview and RAPID! Response, is here to help them navigate this new terrain.”
DIGITAL! Interview integrates seamlessly with DMT’s RAPID! Response lead management system. RAPID! Response is now used in more than 40% of Canadian automotive dealerships, providing dealers the ability to quickly direct leads right to the salesperson and ensure the delivery of a high quality, professional response message to the customer.
